​The State Association provides policies, procedures, and a business structure with a Commander, Executive Officer, State Training Officer, Secretary/Treasurer, and State Chaplain. 

Each District has a Director who participates on the State Board of Directors and is in Charge of their district functions within the scope of practice and policies set forth by the Association. Districts also have a Training Officer and a chaplain; some larger districts have an Executive Officer. We are all volunteers, and there is no fee for our services.

We accept donations to fund equipment, uniforms, and travel.  We are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization looking for state-wide sponsors.
