Connection doesn’t have to be complicated.

Every year, thousands of people reach out to HOPELINE™ for reasons big and small:

  • A fight with a loved one

  • Stress at work or school

  • Grief or loss

  • Anxiety, depression, or panic

  • Suicidal thoughts or urges

  • Loneliness or feeling overwhelmed

For many, HOPELINE™ is the first time they’ve ever told someone how they’re really feeling. That one text can be the first step toward hope.
