Class A Uniform Buyback

Association Buys Uniforms Back.

Recommended:

  • Association buys only COMPLETE operational uniforms

  • Uniform must pass inspection

  • Payment based on age + condition

  • Uniform becomes Association property for reissue

This creates:

  • standardized appearance

  • emergency loaner uniforms

  • reduced barriers for new members

Buyback Depreciation Schedule

For ceremonial uniforms, depreciation should be fairly aggressive the first 2 years because tailoring, wear, and style updates reduce value quickly.
